REVIEW: Judah - Nomad out on Anjunabeats

The Minneapolis-based duo’s latest single ‘Nomad’ embodies its namesake, transversing a dimly-lit soundscape of lightning cracks and plunging valleys. The breakdown of celestial arps provides the listener some respite, before plunging them headfirst once again into a a bass heavy abyss.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]There is incredible diversity and variety on whatever Anjunabeats is putting out at the moment and the new Judah anthem is definitely not to be overlooked. Nomad is a powerful energetic deep progressive track that can easily move in and out of trance and house with ease. Deep pulsating basslines, chunky wonky brooding grooves, 80's electro pop style synthy lines to hypnotise the spirit that nicely take us all the way to the smooth and dreamy breakdown. The melodies are classy and the sound design deeply eclectic with majestic synthy plucks and main synthy line that carries on and on and drive the track to its climax that is still deep and smooth rather than moving in a very profound proglifting crescendo. If you like melodic content and you dislike easy to digest and easy to guess tunes then Nomad is for you. Intro mix very useful to start your set with it. #PureGold Love IT[/content]
