REVIEW: Yves Eaux & Melvin Spix - Toxic Sunrise EP out on THNK

Dropping a fat Techno EP onto THNK, Yves Eaux and Melvin Spix indulge in the kind of music that makes your head spin. Their 'Toxic Sunrise' EP is just what its name implies, ridiculously infectious and absolutely striking at the same time. From the original 'Don't Make Me Wait' and 'Toxic Sunrise' to a melodic rendition on the latter from the THNK label boss himself, this EP will have you grooving from dusk till dawn.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Yves Eaux & Melvin Spix collaborate for Toxic Sunrise EP on Armada's sublabel THNK. Techno is on the rise and is very popular at the moment and this particular progressive melodic techno sound is what makes me wanna dance. All 3 tracks follow the same root of dark moody industrial techno underground that has energy, intensity and moments of joy for techno heads. The real deal is the THNK remix of Toxic Sunrise. Rolling grooves, deep wobbly basslines, melodic synths, dystopian atmosphere and relentless warmth that simply carry away the unsuspected listener. #PureInnovation Love It[/content]
