One glance at Gareth Emery's past shows a rich history filled with iconic melodies, top-tier compositions, and a sound cherished the world over. 'The Story So Far' captures all of that in one single record, made to last even longer through brilliant cuts from Ashley Wallbridge and Alex Di Stefano. 'The Story So Far' is the stuff legends are made of.

[content title="Summary" label="Overall Score"]Gareth Emery has released one of the strongest electronic dance music albums of the year with great selection of emotional vocal and instrumental tracks. The Story So Far belongs to the latter category of the very strong and super solid instrumental tracks that combine energetic pulsating basslines, electrified grooves and very distinctive synthy themes combined with cinematic atmosphere, big piano chords and swirling synthy plucks that beautifully drive the track to the massive climax after the big bell sound. Ash is on the mission to bring the track to the mainstages with heaver rough grooves, electro shocked basslines, pounding drums and big euphoric synthy stabs while the climax is more dynamic and bassline heavy to the maximum. You can not resist the immense energy of it. Alex Di Stefano from his side turns the track into a darker moodier tech trance affair with chunky grooves, relentless rolling basslines and strong breakdown that is long and teasing with totally different synthy theme from the original. The climax is dark, deadly and bass focused perfect for moodier head down trance style sets. #PureGold Love It [/content]
