REVIEW: Ralvero & Karim Mika - Mad out on Revealed recordings

Both Ralvero and Karim Mika have made their individual marks on Revealed in recent months, with both having tracks featured on the massive Revealed Volume 6 compilation at the start of the summer. Now they’re taking us into winter with their debut collaboration ‘Mad’, and it’s clear the Dutch duo were destined to make music together.

‘Mad’ wastes no time in ramping the energy up to 11, with tight percussion, pounding kicks, and throbbing basslines that should get you stomping your feet and pumping your fist. The crowning glory of the track is the main riff, which turns ‘Mad’ into a proper mainstage anthem, with a deep and lush sonic landscape that highlights the pair’s ability to master the finer points of studio production on top of creating a club-friendly monster.

Ralvero and Karim have their own respective talents, each having garnered the support and respect of some of the biggest names in the scene over the duration of their careers. Yet ‘Mad’ feels like a duet that was custom made to hone and highlight the best both have to offer, and the only disappointment is that these guys didn’t jump in the studio together sooner.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Revealed recordings are unstoppable forces of high class big room madness. If you like your beats wild and super naughty you are on the right space. The upcoming stars Ralvero and Karim Mika drop the explosives and you are about to experience the ultimate maddening anthem called obviously Mad. Booming, bass jumping, wobbly basslines, tough hardstyle drums, wide variety of cool synthy plucks and rave like main synthy riff that stand out and get stuck in  your head for long. #PureBassPower Love It
