After their latter-end-of-2014 musical stop-off in Rhode Island (for a beverage or trois at ‘The Drunken Clam’!), the Las Salinas boys set their summer production sights on a place that’s, well… a bit more club-renowned!
This time around the duo are drawing sonic stimulus from the UK’s capital and - in its Original Mix form – are delivering a liquid-cool, highly atmospheric trance-floor gripper! Adding to ‘London’s intoxicating levels, they’ve drafted Freegrant Records chief Max Freegrant to add in an incredible, deeper-yet remix curve to the release.
Las Salinas (Israel Bircher & Shauli Harari) Original ‘London’ vision stunningly captures the city’s sleekly- chromatic, night-black, metro-feel. Built around evocative, ether-inducing sub-melodies, flighty synths sweeps and continuously panning, whooshing and shifting FX, its after-dark bassline throb prowls the track from one end to the other.
Ukraine’s Max Freegrant takes the track several steps down further down the genre line, staging his mix at the crossroads between trance and progressive. With tougher, louder and more striking percussion elements, he uses the resonance of Las Salinas’ dramatic piano to draw it down deliciously darker alleys!
