EVENT NEWS: New speakers and themes announced for ADE Global Sessions Aruba line-up


Luis Estrada (Aftercluv), Maarten Vorwerk, Leizer Guss (OCESA), Michael 'Fellow' Lampe and more added to the 2015 program.

During ADE Global Sessions Aruba (September 4-5) there will be a host of exclusive industry meetings, strategy sessions, top notch Q&A’s, pop-up parties and more alongside Electric Festival, with confirmed headliners Afrojack, Nervo, Loco Dice and many others. The program of ADE Global Sessions Aruba focuses on the exploding electronic dance music market in the Latin American and Caribbean region, as an intersection between North and South America.



Our newly confirmed speakers at ADE Global Sessions Aruba, include:
Luis Estrada, head of Aftercluv Dancelab, Universal Music Latin America’s dance divison. Aftercluv operates in the US, Latin America, Spain and Portugal. Estrada has extensive experience as a marketing and A&R executive for Universal Music Latin Entertainment (UMLE). Since 2008 he has served as General Manager for Universal Latino, since 2010 also for Machete Music, since 2013 for Capitol Latin and since early 2015 also for Aftercluv. He’s worked closely with some of the world’s biggest Latin stars such as Enrique Iglesias, Juanes, J Balvin, Nelly Furtado and DJ Juan Magan among many others. He joined UMLE from Universal Mexico where he opened the “New Trends” division working with artists like DJ Toy Selectah and electronic underground labels such as Noiselab and Virus.

Ruben Fernhout and Jerry Leembruggen, The Partysquad/Rebel Yard. Dutch DJ’s/producers of ground breaking international musical sensation The Partysquad, making their mark with singles, remixes and records on Mad Decent, Universal/Top Notch and Rebel Yard – their own label where the Amsterdam influence and that off the Dutch Caribbean islands, Surinam, Asia and more are combined with all sorts of music: electro house, reggae, dub, trap and much more.

Rodrigo Frutos, The Bullitt Agency. Rodrigo Frutos forwent a career in investment banking and decided to follow his passion: dance music. He worked his way up from an intern to running The Bullitt Agency’s Los Angeles office. He is now an agent with a formidable roster and focuses on club and festival bookings on the American West Coast and all over Latin America.

Leizer Guss, director of the EDM department at OCESA Mexico. OCESA is the most important promotion company in Mexico. Leizer Guss serves as director of their EDM department and is responsible for bringing EDC to Mexico alongside Insomniac and Live Nation and for booking, producing and promoting many shows for artists like Avicii, Calvin Harris and many more.

Maarten Vorwerk. Dutch dance producer, based on Aruba, who produces under a variety of aliases and styles, with a discography of over 400 tracks. Remixed great artists like Lady Gaga, Pitbull, Usher, Major Lazer, will.i.am, Tiësto, Sean Paul and various others. Had number one hits on Beatport, iTunes and single charts.

Michael ‘Fellow’ Lampe. Aruba and Amsterdam’s tropical bass innovator Fellow is at the helm of fresh new developments in Caribbean and electronic music as DJ and producer. For his film Fuente di inspiracion he worked with some of Aruba’s most respected masters of traditional music. His upcoming EP Island Driven combines the heaviest vocals from his home island with dance floor driven beats.
