Belgian producer Mike Tohr delivers his first ever release to Subjekt Recordings with an experimental masterpiece.
Easy-listening and atmospheric sounds are the way to go in 'No More Butterflies', complemented by a dirty Gab Rhome They Always Come Back Remix and a stunning take on the original by Some Chemistry.
The butterflies might have disappeared, but we received three stunning tracks in return!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Subjekt recordings presents always classy releases that stand out and bring new meaning to our lives. The latest release by Mike Tohr is called No More Butterflies and is supported by two additional deep house remixes. The original mix is a beautiful chill out journey with very strong classical music elements like melodramatic violins, epic strings and great breakbeat like foundation that drives the track forward. Electronica leftfield sounds that travel your senses and help to concentrate and focus and hopefully to find solutions or simply escape in another reality. Gab Rhome They Always Come Back Remix is a superb deep house recreation with tribal drum programming, deep warm bubbly basslines, melancholic piano themes, epic cinematic strings, xylophone melodies, guitar riffs, haunting voices and tripping out sounds that blissfully bring you calmness but make you want to dance as well at the first hour of any deeper moodier spiritual set. It's one of those remixes that you are continuously surprised as your expectations are changing and your mind is totally lost in its labyrinth. Some Chemistry is mysterious and very spacey as it starts with whispering vocals, playful grooves and long intro and after two minutes reach the deep, blissful, emotional. sensual part that surround your senses easily and win your inhibitions. When music is art is definitely on Subjekt! #PureGold Love IT
