REVIEW: Tapetenwechsel - Dont Know out on The Bearded Man / Armada Music

It’s been said of The Bearded Man that he could fill several libraries with the stuff he doesn’t know. That’s way too kind. You could fill the entire universe with stuff he doesn’t know. That’s why, he secretly hopes that when we die, we’re treated to all the statistics that we could never know in life — statistics about our own existence. For example, if I told you that you cried a swimming pool’s worth of tears in your lifetime, would you believe me? What about enough to fill the Grand Canyon? How many near-death encounters did we have in our life without even realizing it?

And on the flip side, how many people were madly in love with you that you never knew about?
Who really WAS the one for you, and did you ever meet him/her? Wouldn’t it be nice if one day, all of that information could be found? Until then, The Bearded Man has made peace with the fact that there are simply things we don’t know.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The ultra successful record label The Bearded Man is back with another exceptional record that is destined to be one of the big house anthems for 2015. Tapetenwechsel returns with his flirting dreamy sweet and tender anthem Dont Know. Deep groovy kick drums, deep haunting basslines, great old school vintage piano themes, emotional cinematic strings and electronic synths and melodies working perfectly together to hypnotise you and attract you in the middle of the packed dancefloor. The urban style male vocal sounds the most appropriate to add to the track a certain USA country house flavour to it. It's one of those records that put fire in your imagination and wake up your senses as you can only think of road movies scene while you listen to it. Let's hope a gifted director to direct a film with soundtrack packed with filmic sounds like Don't Know. Until then serve yourself cold fruit cocktails and cold tasty caramel ice cream and enjoy it melting inside you. #TrueHouse #PureGold Love It
