REVIEW: Felix - Don't You Want Me 2015 incl music video out on Armada Music

FELIX is back with new material and is launching with a re release of his biggest dance hit.

Having been a classic from its release in 1992 up till now, Felix’ ‘Don’t You Want Me’ is still one of his most iconic songs.

If there’s one tune that deserves to be put in the spotlight once again, it’s this one.

Whether it’s the reworked Classic Long Mix, Brodanse’s groovy Bass Hall Remix, Atjazz’s Club Mix or the energetic Turbo Long Mix, ‘Don’t You Want Me’ remains what it’s always been: one hell of a tune!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Armada Music delivers to the masses a fantastic package of high class remixes of the classic Don't You Want Me featuring some magnificent versions that you can not afford to mix. First of all is the Classic Long Mix perfectly reworked for the clubs and festivals of 2015. If you like energetic driving trance then this remix will do the job perfectly with you as you will enjoy the unforgettable synthy hook that have been sampled by other producers for millions times. The diva style vocals will make you sing a long loud and bring that I want to go out party mood. If this track doesn't recall Ibiza I wonder which one will do it. Turbo Long Instrumental Mix has a more electro house groove with chunky lazy drums, punchy basslines and great application of the well known old school synthy. This version is strictly for those back 2 the past type of sets. The re release of this classic came as a result of the Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike Remix that they played in their sets and of course included in this package as well. Rocking banging drums, aggressive basslines and superb breakdown with breakbeat underneath and on the top the classic synthy riff along with some rock guitar riffs followed by intense build up that leads on the rough hardstyle festival drop that shocks your senses.  The beloved London based duo Brodanse rework the original into their own deep tech house style and the result is one that your ears will be hard to believe. Cracking old schools drums, techno style basslines, additional percussion and top vocal samples. The classic riff is not there but this version is meant to take you back in techno days. Finally Atjazz version is the excellent deep house version with classic Ibiza style organ riffs and the diva house classic vocals. It has future house and deep house sensational elements to send you to space and beyond. #PureGold Love It
