Two of our favourite artists stand toe to toe as adventurous Mexican producer Vlind remixes Allen Watts’ debut Monster Tunes release ‘Tomahawk’.
The original gave Allen Watts a platform to go on and become arguably the brightest star in the nu breed of 138 DJs / Producers and he has certainly risen to the challenge with a plethora of big bold productions including his outstanding remix of the MT classic ‘Platitude’ by Onova.
Vlind is known for his electrically charged tech laced productions with a unique sound and this remix is certainly business as usual! Brimming with ferocious energy, spring loaded percussion layers unite with a rotund bottom end whilst trademark Vlind vocal chops and tech-elec acid lines pulse un-forgivingly, all building to a head at which point we hear that dark melancholic main hook!

The upcoming talent transforms the track into something really special that will manage to keep happy the tech trance and the uplifting trance fanatics. His remix starts all dark and gloomy with electrified aggressive basslines, metallic pounding drums and rough kick that is seriously thunderstrucking. The breakdown is long and spacious with dark synthy plucks, distorted vocal samples and great build up of the tension towards the full on euphoric climax that comes to bring the best pay off moment you will expect to get on any trance set.
