1. Original Mix
2. Thomass Remix
3. Alternative Mix 1
4. Alternative Mix 2
It’s time for a new release on the Appia Music imprint! Cooldozer and Poka Light are the ones up for the task. Between the two of them they created a unique progressive house release with quite a refreshing sound. ‘Polaris’ will really get you moving around the dance floor, that’s for sure. Remixer Thomass took the original and transformed it into a trance slammer whilst keeping the intriguing sound. To top things off the guys added not one, but two alternative mixes!
Dimitri Kechagias review: The record label Apia headed by Mr Sam is back. The exceptional release includes many additional versions to enjoy. First of all is the Original mix that is one of those progressive house gems that can easily crossover to trance sets as well. Playful arrangement, many cool effects to keep the interest intact and fantastic melodies on piano along with chopped female vocals and massive euphoric synthy hooks. The build up is intense and leads to the full on hands in the air euphoric climax that explodes out of proportion and will keep you jumping for long. If you like the mainstage progressive trance sound played by Armin then you will adore Thomass remix. Cool electronic melody in the breakdown along with sunkissed synths and strange female voices. The sequence towards the climax is intense and the drop mainstage as you like with heavy drums, aggressive basslines and cracking synthy hooks. The two alternative mixes change the atmosphere completely with tribal tech trance grooves, electro influenced basslines, warm strings and hair raising synths along with nice pianos. The overall effect on the dancefloor of all the versions is very nice indeed! #PureGold Love It
