Mark Sherry says: Jamie Walker is a producer that I’ve been supporting for a few years now and one that I’ve always tipped as being ‘one to watch’! This is a really classy sounding & very well polished EP that encapsulates the full & true tech-trance sound that we love and always really push over here at Outburst HQ. With it’s ‘Alex Di Stefano meets Pryda’ vibes ‘Rojo’ takes charge of the EP and is closely followed by the power-charged ‘sub bass’ driven tech-anthem ‘Dorado’. Do not miss this EP from Jamie, it’s absolutely essential dancefloor music!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Outburst records is one of those record labels that you know that you will get quality as the gatekeeper Mark Sherry is difficult to please and he releases only quality and tracks that are doing damage in his dj sets around the world. The latest EP by Jamie Walker is not an exception and continues the legacy of the label that aspires to deliver the very best in tech trance. Out now is the massive Jamie Walker with must play essential party bombers. First of all is Rojo that is a driving dark monstrous trancer with techy groove, pulsating bassline, dark industrial synths and vocal snippets. The track builds slowly towards the breakdown that is packed with euphoric fluorescent synths that wil raise the hair from your back and give you the ultimate buzz. The drop is energetic and dark with understated synths at the background keeping the track right and exact for mainstage trance sets. Next is Dorado that can be easily characterised as dancefloor destroyer with hip house style vocal sample dark sharp basslines and moody synths. Superb rich with sounds production that will help your senses loose it completely. The breakdown packed with euphoric Paul van Dyk infused synthy chords that blow the speakers and lead on the dark tech trance climax with hints of the nice synths. Top EP for serious trance addicts. Love it
