REVIEW: Driftmoon - D.R.O.P. incl Tech edit out on ASOT recordings

Driftmoon has been featured almost every week in the A State of Trance radio show lately, which is a feat that very few people on the planet can claim to have achieved.

If that doesn’t say enough, his consistent releases on Armada Music and now on A State of Trance prove time and again that his level of talent and production ability is simply undeniable.

Get ready for the ‘D.R.O.P.’!

Dimitri Kechagias review: ASOT recordings delivers another outstanding Armin van Buuren big room style track by the one and only Driftmoon. The track is called D.R.O.P. and comes with original and tech edit form. The original mix is a powerful energetic prime time mainstage trancer with vicious drum programming and aggressive electro infused basslines. Many cool effects keep the listener interested as he twists and turns every element and sound layer. The main synthy theme is extremely uplifting and euphoric to the maximum. Its one of those tracks that absorb your senses and you feel totally and utterly controlled by the beats. The breakdown is packed with orchestral classical music influences and cinematic atmosphere merged with airy synthy lead that drive the track to the jumping and pumping rough and raw but very melodic climax as well. Tech edit is a great alternative for those that want something more heavier and something more bass focused packed with great thrills, anthemic synths and robotic style vocals. On this one definitely everything is about the D.R.O.P. Love It
