REVIEW: Kaspar Tasane - Exoplanet / Playa out on Colorize / Enhanced Music

Colorize continues to champion up-coming talent and the first release of 2015 proves no different - this is Kaspar Tasane's debut with the 'Exoplanet / Playa' EP.

Kicking off the EP is the impressive 'Exoplanet' which offers otherworldly cosmic FX, smooth pads & an funky underlying groove - a truly progressive piece with dreamy connotations all over.

Completing the EP is the positive 'Playa' bringing an abundance of beach-side vibes to the table with slow resonating synths & chords alongside a bouncing bassline with lashings of minimal FX.

A strong debut EP from Kasapar Tasane and an impressive start to 2015 for Colorize!

Dimitri Kechagias review: Colorize is the beloved deep melodic progressive house sublabel of Enhanced Music that is considered to be one of the finest in the electronic music scene with many followers and supporters worldwide. The latest release comes from the hands of Kaspar Tasane and includes his stunning tracks Exoplanet and Playa. Firstly Exoplanet is melodic deep progressive house beauty with ecological environmental friendly atmosphere. Deep minimal grooves, bubbly haunting basslines and on top variety of synthy plucks from more trancy and fluorescent to more dark and industrial influenced, heavenly voices, luscious dreamy pads and atmospheric sounds that calm your spirit and let you dive deep in the sonic textures that Kaspar composes with so much integrity. Second top track is Playa that moves in even deeper territories with minimal smooth housey grooves, deep spacey minimal basslines, superb cinematic atmosphere and cool piano melody that stays in the background. The breakdown sounds like the warm night sea swim with some vintage early 90's influences and the piano repetitive melody continuing to cast a spell on you until you are totally hypnotised. #PureGold Love It
