Rowen Reecks drops another house anthem after the massive "Dust".
Alive features beautiful and haunting vocals by UK based Lizzy Dent.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Flashover Progressive House is always ahead and doesn't follow the trends. It's the label that manages to bring fresh sounds and upcoming artists who are capable to deliver the next big hit that will take by storm clubs and festivals. The talented Rowen Reecks from the Netherlands provides to the world his vocal anthem Alive that will surprise you pleasantly for many reasons. First of all is that the track is not possible to categorise as it doesn't follow any style that is successful at the moment. He adopts techy bouncy booming basslines, aggressive chunky grooves and starts his music Odyssey until to land on the breakdown that the old school deep house style melodies are supporting Lizzy Dent vocal to stand out. Her performance is so passionate and she feels every single word that she sings about that make you feel optimistic and energised straight away. Her vocal recalls great 90's style dance singles with huge female vocal hooks in them. The drop is tougher with deep pounding basslines, tough drums and sharp synthy riffs that create noise and add to the track its unique extreme sound. Alive is top track that attempts to merge deep house with progressive house with Alive and Kicking effect! Love it
