Dimitri Kechagias review: It's definitely great pleasure to welcome back Airbase after his long break with a brand new track and it is such a great decision to release it on Flashover recordings, the home base of the legend of trance Ferry Corsten. His track is called Panache and comes in two flavours. The Original intro mix and the Extended mix that both last nearly for 8 minutes. The Original intro mix is the perfect version to start your dj set with as it includes chill out sounds and piano melody that is touching and very emotional along with classical orchestral strings followed by the main hypnotic synthy hook that lead the track to its first section. The track is a floating melodic dreamy trancer with that early 2000 feel to it. It includes heavenly voices, strange vocal samples in the background, piano chords, epic strings and wide variety of melancholic synthy plucks. The result of his hard word is a very complex track rich with textures and emotions that doesn't try even for a moment to give you immediate satisfaction. Airbase rather constantly teases the listener and invites you for a magical dreamy journey combined by wide variety of sound layers that manage easily to transcend you to another space and time. Floating and flowing production that can make you fly for a while with spirituality and inspiring elements that make you hope, love and demand peace on earth.
