Dimitri Kechagias review: Deep House is absolutely the big mainstream thing in the music industry at the moment and as you can guess many producers jump on this train with the hope to strike it lucky. The result is amazing quantity of deep house productions but is there quality in them? One of those labels that think twice before to put under its stamp a particular song is Armada Deep. Take for instance as an example the superb Charming Highs by Prospek Rek. The track from the first time that you listen to it you easily understand that is different, stands out and is simply not your average 'deep house' tune. The track has strong progressive house influences with beautiful synthy lines and some exotic ethnic style melodies in the breakdown that will definitely transfer you to another place. The vocal has that flower power 70's atmosphere to it that makes it instantly charming and hook you easily. The cool child vocal sample used works as a treat or better as the cherry on the cake to make it more friendly to the ear particularly to some djs that they have their first kid around the studio and always think why not to sample some of those strange words and put them in the track. Charming Highs has definitely the progressive advanced electronic elements that makes you wanna stop what you are doing when is played on radio or spotify and swing around your booty! #PureClass Love it
