Residing in Germany’s media city Cologne, this DJane and Producer has been an inherent part of the international ‚Electronic Dance Music’ scene for years. With a clear orientation towards driving Housetunes and thrilling sets she is exciting crowds on almost every continent. Her gigs signify an infectious and gripping trackselection, which can hardly be compared to any other. One thing is always for sure: Hanna Hansen provides for unforgettable partynights on an international level, when she is on the mix.
She found her caling to electronic music during her remarkable career as a model for international designers like ESCADA, VIVIENNE WESTWOOD and HUGO BOSS, as well as being the face for the JULES MUMM advertising campaign. Since she was always travelling listening to the newest tracks, she started to develop a true passion for Housemusic.
She seems unstoppable eversince she debuted at the LOVEPARADE 2007. With worldwide bookings at today’s current clubs and festivals all over the world Hanna Hansen is already a well recognized rising act.
Performances at the big festivals like NATURE ONE, RUHR IN LOVE, MAYDAY, ELECTRIC CITY, AIRBEAT ONE, SONNEMONDSTERNE, FULLMOON PARTY and JULIVENT captivated and energized the audiences just as well as those at global events like FORMULA 1 in SINGAPUR, MOTO GP in PORTUGAL, the ‚GAMESCOM’ in Cologne and the FASHION WEEK BERLIN – Hanna Hansen delights with her electrifiying grooves.
And it is not only her DJ-sets which are so highly appreciated, as her studioproductions are consistently found in the charts, heard on the dancefloors of clubs all over the world, and played by other DJ’s. Hanna’s Remixes for respected artists like NICKY ROMERO, the Italian House-Trio DADDY’S GROOVE, New York’s Housemusic Legend BARBARA Tucker, MOBIN MASTER from Melbourne and INAYA DAY, are as convincing as her own releases.
Being an international DJane got Hanna Hansen the respect and support from some of the biggest names in the DJ scene.
Top-A-list artists like FEDDE LE GRAND, LAIDBACK LUKE, JESSE VOORN, MASTIKSOUL, JOACHIM GARRAUD and DAVID VENDETTA play her releases, as well as the MOBO AWARD winning DJ CHUCKIE. You can also hear her productions on the „Release Yourself“- Radioshow by the internationally known DJ-Legend ROGER SANCHEZ.
Hanna’s first single „LOVERS“ (TOP 10 BRITISH DANCE CHARTS), with Remixes by GREGORI KLOSMANN and SEBASTIEN DRUMS & ROB ADANS, did remarkably prove that she is ahead of any trends and working closely with the „Who is Who“ of the scene. Furthermore, „NIGHTFLIGHT“ by Deejane Angel D. stayed at NUMBER 1 of the DJ TUNES TOP 100 for weeks.
Her clubbanger „SAME MAN“ peaked the Tracksource charts at Number 4 and hit Number 13 with Beatport, while her current release „SUNNY“ with Remixes by Sean Finn, Blaxx and Dave Rose & Groove Phenomenon also entered the Tracksource charts, parallel to being at Number 22 of the German Dance Charts and Number 19 on the French Buzz Charts. Hanna achieved catching the vibe of a whole summer and the Ibiza-feeling within one track.
„LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING“ is also full of energy and driving arrangements. Tremendous feedback and Remix-inquiries are going hand-in-hand for Hanna Hansen. Dimitri Kechagias review: It's always massive pleasure to bring on the dancefloor the latest gem by the DJane and Producer Hanna Hansen. Her latest record Testify appears on Tiger records and is already tried and tested ADE festival weapon. We deal here with another case of deep tech house madness with well known classic rap vocal samples coming straight away from the glorious 80's. The dark moody bouncy bassline is merged perfectly with the chunky wonky groove and the haunting synthy strings while on top the vocal is chopped, cut, stretched and rearranged in a very playful way. The breakdown includes even old school electro sequence that will ring a bell to the old school headz out there. Hanna strikes gold with another hot and steamy production that will increase the dancefloor fever and will sweat many bodies out there. For the non vocal lovers Tiger records includes on the shinning package the dub mix as well.
