Dimitri Kechagias review: Stoneface & Terminal are mentioned usually from many upcoming artists in their interviews as the artists that aspire to reach and to be able to produce music like them. Quality and not quantity was the mission statement for them as I understand it and I believe I'm not wrong to that. Be Different is an album that illustrates that Stoneface & Terminal are true magicians and with their magic wand in their studio can deliver high class tracks that clubs and radio DJs will be super proud to include them in their sets without being one music style or the other. Stoneface & Terminal most importantly have the respect and recognition of their peers who always talk under positive lights for their tracks and the same happened with Be Different that was warmly welcomed from fans, fellow djs and music press as well. The first club oriented EP with tracks from the album contain 3 magnificent productions that you will look forward to come Saturday and play them in your DJ performance. First of all Stoneface & Terminal with Ronski Speed & Synthea's collaboration Yuma is remixed by Piotro from Poland who delivers his well known and praised deep progressive house version that takes advantage of the electronic melodies and heavenly vocal samples and transform them into a relaxing musical poem with minimal tribal grooves, deep warm basslines and magical dreamy atmosphere. Eclectic version for those who appreciate detail and precision in their music. Travellers is an excellent hybrid of balearic house with laid back trance. Tribal pulsating drum beats, deep and driving basslines and super long breakdown with cool synthy plucks and rave style distorted synthy hook that becomes the focus point of the track and leads the proceedings. Travellers will satisfy both the deep progressive trance followers and the more Global Underground progressive house fans. Last but not least the most danceable and full on progressive trance track is the massive Sonus that starts with chunky groove and soon reveals the driving old school hi-nrg synthy line until to reach the breakdown that is introduced from very cool sci-fi related vocal sample while underneath plays the Jean Michel Jarre style epic synthy lead that will bring goosebumps and shivers from head to toe. It's the kind of emotional epic progressive trance that always has big impact on the dancefloor! Superb EP that proves loudly that Stoneface & Terminal are not like the others, Stoneface & Terminal are different. #PureGold Love iT
