Dimitri Kechagias review: The ambassador of Pure Trance music Solarstone returns on his own record label Pure Trance recordings with his fantastic composition 4Ever in the magical Pure Retouch version. Solarstone belongs to the slowly disappearing generation of producers who are committed to serve their own music style as being an ideology or even religion for them. Solarstone's ideological belief in trance pays off in 2014 when the growth of the trance audience is noteworthy and in every corner of the globe there are successful trance events while on the big festivals the trance stages are fully packed. Solarstone should be credited and recognised for his contribution in keeping this genre alive and for inspiring young producers to follow his artistic path and integrity. In my opinion, 4ver encapsulates what Pure Trance is all about. Energetic driving basslines, pumping drums that recall the classic dutch trance sound, acid layers to keep it dynamic and of course magical piano melody that is heartfelt and so deep that can even make you wanna cry. The synths he is using are reminiscent of Jean Michel Jarre and Vangelis music and certainly enhance even more the 'purity' of the final outcome. The breakdown is long and atmospheric with cinematic sound effects and magnificent balearic guitar style melody that recalls his classic tracks such as Seven Cities. The dreamy whispering female vocal reminds the title of the track and the beat strikes back for the euphoric feel good hands in the air climax along with the heavenly wailing voice that elevates it to the next level. Its one of those tracks that transfer the crowd to magical dimension of peace, love, unity, tolerance and positivity. 4Ever will stay eternally in our hearts! #PureGold Love iT
