Ayla was born in Australia. She is 18 years old and naturally talented. "Wish I Was" is her debut single. Her arrival in Europe starts with the encounter with some of the most important names of the club panorama. Wish I Was vocals are the matter to shape and transform.
There is Tapesh, the producer and resident at Ushuaïa, Ibiza, the one who joined the Ants colony. His style is unique: among the fans of the "Tapesh feeling" here are already Loco Dice, Jamie Jones, DJ T and Anja Schneider.
Spada is the Italian who is driving everyone crazy, from Above & Beyond to The Magician. His "Feels Like Home" is on every DJ's mouth and is moving charts all over the world. And it goes together with a remix by Bakermat.
Zwette, aka the rising star of deep and melodic house: does it ring a bell if we say Tom Odell "Another Love" -> over 46 million views? Julius Abel is the super young Austrian producer (born in 1995!) who is getting the more and more famous in deep house panorama (go and look for his remix of Ornette, "Crazy"). We close the package with Heinrich Matis, a promising German producer based in Vienna.
"Wish I Was" is a step ahead release. And it's pure class.
Dimitri Kechagias review: B1 recordings is one of the hottest indepent dance labels in Germany with many huge electronic music tracks that became huge mainstream anthems. Now is part of Sony Music Germany and the next track that seems to capture the world's attention is by Ayla from Australia and her classy Wish I Was that comes in a massive package of fantastic eclectic deep house remixes that you simply don't want to miss. First of all Swette remix is a hypnotic deep house affair with chunky groove, deep pumping beats, rhythm n blues guitar riffs, emotional cinematic strings and warm atmosphere that wins your attention straight away. Ayla high class voice sounds retro and vintage recalling singers from the past with elegance, personality and amazing depth. Tapesh remix moves on the same deep house direction with certain Ibiza atmosphere to it. Deep basslines, rolling drums, electronic melodies, mesmerising synths, UK garage influences and old school organ riffs that enhance the magic of those stand out vocals. Spada from Italy delivers his well known style that is melancholic and moody with sad piano chords, deep haunting basslines, chunky grooves and cinematic strings. It's the kind of track that makes you wanna escape and travel to faraway worlds for some minutes away from the harsh realities. Last but not least Heinrich Mattis delivers a very imaginative creative playful remix that moves on the same deep moody spacey eclectic direction with sharper deep basslines, old school Ibiza style melodic riffs and use some of the vocals. #PureGold Love it
