After appearing as featured and remix artists, Disfunktion turn in a quality 2 track EP in the form of Syxe and On as their first main release on Perfecto.
Both tracks have a prydz flavour and backed up by an Oakenfold edit, this is one strong package.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The exceptional record label Perfecto records widens its global appeal with the brand new solo EP of the awesome Dutch boys Disfunktion that contains two huge progressive house bombs called Syxe and On. First of all is magnificent Syxe that has already the seal of approval of the label owner Paul Oakenfold and Armin van Buuren in his ASOT radio show. It's superb example of melodic dreamy progressive house with strong trance bonds as well. Very driving and energetic anthem with cool house vocal samples upon the pulsating Giorgio Moroder hi-nrg bassline, the tough cranking kicks and the fantastic piano chords, cinematic strings and euphoric synths that bring the track to its massive crescendo moment in the huge climax that will raise the hair from your neck for sure. If you search for a more condensed straight to the point Paul Oakenfold style version, Paul did his own edit and is definitely the heavy club alternative to the original. On continues on the same pathway of energetic colourful euphoric progressive house with much more greedy wonky bassline, pumping throbbing kicks and feel good piano chords that bring the 90's era atmosphere straight on your summer dancefloor. Superb composition that keeps the energy flowing and the positive vibes in the air. Hands in the air material with vocal chops and excellent progression of the various elements in order to keep the interest of the clubbers focused on it from the very start till the end.
