REVIEW: Ferry Corsten- Festival Crash incl Jacob van Hage remix on Flashover recordings

Ferry Corsten hits the summer with a bang! Festival Crash revisits one of Ferry's biggest summer anthems of the past decade and turns it up a notch with that massive 2014 sound.

Jacob van Hage takes remix duties and directs the tune into a big EDM frenzy.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The pioneer of electronic dance music Ferry Corsten is getting prepared for two weekends of madness at Tomorrowland. The 1st weekend he will not only host his own very successful and always crowded Full On tent but also he will play a massive 1hour and half dj set along with Markus Schulz as New World Punx. His summer schedule is packed with festival appearances so you must try to catch him and dance the night away with him. What is more, we should congratulate  Ferry as he welcomed his new born son in the world and that makes him super happy father. It's of course the best period to revisit the beloved anthem Radio Crash and deliver once again an unforgettable slice of high quality club music that will crossover to wide variety of camps from hard core trance fanatics to the new generation of EDM followers. Festival Crash sounds 100% tailor made for mainstage sets. Fantastic bouncy meaty and nutritious deep kick, tribal like drums, pulsating driving energetic basslines, chopped vocal samples and of course that magnificent highly contagious synthy riff that appears in the breakdown and blows the speakers in big way. It's pretty simple but so effective lead that drives the crowds crazy. The climax is very melodic and trancy with that main melody replayed by massive euphoric synthy riff that sounds very large indeed and carry you away to magical  places. On remix duties is the upcoming and quickly rising to the top Jacob van Hage. Jacob is currently on great shape with new original serviced at Hardwell's imprint Revealed recordings and his phenomenal remix for the all time classic Derb. For this particular track Jacob presents his very personal version that respects greatly the original colourful synthy riff and he does his own playful, dirty dutch, electro and progressive house explosive mixture that will catapult the dancefloors for sure. With atmospheric dreamy breakdown and aggressive rocking freaked out drop Jacob does what he knows best and his remix will surface on many playlists for sure! #PureGold Love iT
