After the release of the great compilation that is In Search of Sunrise 12: Dubai by Richard Durand with Lange, it’s now time for the second DJ sampler.
On this sampler you’ll find the full versions of three tracks featured on the album. First up is Sean Tyas trance-tropic ‘Take A Moment’, followed by Driftmoon with ‘The Inquisitor’. The last track on this ISOS12 sampler is for Adam Kancerski featuring Aneym with ‘Into The Light’.
Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the most influential trance compilations should be In Search Of Sunrise. It is widely recognised brand that evokes great memories to many trance fans worldwide. The 12th installment is dedicated to Dubai with Richard Durand on mixing duties while on the guest spot is Dj Lange. Songbird presents the 2nd sampler that includes 3 extended versions of the tracks includes and they are ready for heavy play from the djs during the weekend. First of all is Sean Tyas with his anthem Take A Moment. Once again the native American proves that he is born to produce and dj trance cause he has simply trance in his DNA. Take A Moment is a magnificent dreamy melodic progressive trancer with chunky pumping groove, electro infused basslines, chord progressions, piano melodies and euphoric synthy stabs. The breakdown is the moment that the romantic piano melody is fully played and sounds really optimistic,colourful and sunkissed. The track follows the path of his style that is energetic big room progressive trance with orchestral classical music themes and cinematic soundscapes. Particularly the breakdown has magnificent sound design with opera vocals, classic epic strings and hands in the air synths. The arrangement will surprise as it constantly changes and keeps the listener at the edge of his seat waiting what is going to come next. With combination of tech/electro/epic/euphoric and big room trance Driftmoon delivers the epitome of the word Epic Trance. Last but not least Adam Kancerski collaborates with the stunning Aneym for the inspirational spiritual prog trancer Into The Light. We deal here with a playful summery balearic progressive trancer with chunky techy groove, electrified driving energetic basslines, feel good summery sunny melodies and of course Aneym who has one of the finest voices in trance. Of course here the vocals are staying in the background as Adam applies just some chopped parts of them in order to create that heavenly spacey atmosphere. Slowly with break beats builds the track towards the massive hands in the air euphoric climax that will keep the trancers jumping up and down with wide smile in their faces.
