Dimitri Kechagias review: It's time for the ultimate Irish trance icon to return on his own record label with BIG BANG. Trance Fanatics should be very happy to know that the beloved and super friendly dj, producer and label owner John O'Callaghan is back with his anthem One Special Particle. It is already considered as contender for the biggest trance anthem of the summer that will be played more often in the trance stages/tents at the big summer festivals. The beauty of this track is of course it's great simplicity. John rather than moving on something super complex he goes back to the roots of Pure uplifting trance sound and he delivers the goods. One Special Particle is straight forward without experiments and infusions uplifting trance smasher that remains on the underground without superficial synths and ultra happy melodies. It starts with tough techy groove, driving energetic bassline that seems to lead us somewhere towards a certain destination that we don't know what is exactly but we follow it anyway just for the sake of energy rush that radiates from head to toe. The breakdown starts with the sweet piano melody that calm the senses and very soon the massive main uplifting synthy hook appears to increase adrenaline and charge our batteries. It shines like fireworks in the night and you can imagine the big wide smiles on trancers faces. The climax comes naturally and is full on and in your face upifting feel good euphoric trancer that flows beautifully and you will feel elevated from the ground straight away. The melancholic piano melody chords appear once again at the top to create that bittersweet trance vibe.
