REVIEW: 4 eYe - Oh My! incl Manuel Rocca remix out on Alter Ego Progressive

UK producer 4 eYe serves up release 139 on Alter Ego Progressive with the astounding, Oh My! Making his second outing on the label with a pure dance floor hand held explosive we are sure Mr. 4 eYe will be one to look out for over the rest of the year with his unique grooves! On remix duties uplifting sled god Manuel Rocca stops by to take Oh My! into the higher planes!

The Original Mix beams out an abundance of high quality sounds and colours, led by boisterous undertones and playful glitched percussion. A huge plucked theme and teasing vocal led breakdown coupled with a glittering top line and fantastic tension building tones before propelling itself into a huge melodic climax. Definitely one not to be missed!!

On the flip Manuel Rocca injects a harder and more energy fused mix. Lots of uplifting sounds and pulsating beats make this mix swing nicely!

Dimitri Kechagias review: The progressive trance sister label of Alter Ego records is back with a wonderful release. Alter Ego Progressive presents the awesome 4 Eye with his exceptional production Oh My! You guessed it right that Oh My! is what you will say while you will hear and dance a long this magnificent beauty! Chunky housey groove, electro dubstep infused basslines, chopped vocal samples, airy pads, very emotional piano melody in the breakdown and huge euphoric synthy stabs that appear in full effect in the massive climax to push your adrenaline level to its limits. If you play electro or neo prog trance this version has that edgy modern fresh sound that is perfect for Ibiza parties as it has that club feel to it. Manuel Rocca is on remix duties and he does his best to impress our senses with the challenge to transform the original into a straight to the point pure and honest uplifting trance anthem and as it seems he is very able to do it successfully. He adds his pumping basslines, his bouncy earth shuttering grooves and he builds his fantastic euphoric hands in the air version with great respect to the original. Main element is the emotional, very sensitive and highly fragile piano chords that calm your senses and balance for a while the energy and adrenaline rush you get from the synths and the fat fearsome basslines! Absolutely Fantastic package! Love IT
