As anyone who has ears to hear, may confirm, Sweden has incredible pop talents far ahead . TOVE LO from Stockholm , however, has bent this typical mold for elegant , heartfelt electro miraculously through that kind of lyrical honesty and rawness that goes all under the skin and when you prefer to put hand over heart and of his lungs would mitheulen. Having already two examples of her unique pop interpretations of self-released - the rattling bloodletting LOVE BALLAD and the rough , but disarmingly melodic Habits (where her latter gained respect from all music experts from Pitchfork to Popjustice ) - TOVE LO is now ready to pop her confessions to a whole new level. For TOVE LO was clear from the beginning that she wanted to have anything to do with music. Even her school was not like all the other schools. It was led by teachers who "on reading shit - we make music " to all appearances the motto followed. Here LO learned not only both members of Icona Pop know, everywhere new bands were becoming established and they learned how to write songs. Even outside the school sang LO in bands , was the front woman of a math-rock band and played, as she calls it lovingly, in " crappy " stores. " I wanted to write but could not play an instrument, so the guitarist of the band has backed my lyrics with music. How it all began , "she explains . "It was really hard music, and it has changed constantly key and tempo. They had to understand how mathematical skirt. "I just went to one of them and said : You have to listen to my songs that are incredible , '" she giggles . "I just wanted to get feedback from someone . He replied and said that they were not bad, and we have identified a meeting in Stockholm. In the heart of the EP is HABITS , which was hyped in countless blogs, so that it not only led to a deal with Universal , but also attracted the attention of well- respected pop label Neon Gold , which in America released a special limited edition of TRUTH SERUM released on vinyl and the artist can occur in its showcase of SXSW . All those feelings are translated so effectively into music that will make you think twice and maybe change your "bad habits". Electronic music at its very best with cruising around the city kind of atmosphere. The remixes included cover wide variety of music genres. Habits remix is chill out/ loungy breaks/electro/ indie dance/ bass music hybrid that adds a new different dimension to the cool original. Oliver Nelson remix moves on the soulful jazzy retro house style with great upbeat rhythm and fantastic guitar licks, deep throbbing basslines and chunky beats. For the EDM fans The Chainsmokers service the full on hands in the air big room mainstage alternative version with excellent piano and vocals in the breakdown followed by the hands in the air hard as nails drop with super rough drums, deadly basslines and sharp kicks with cool percussion melody on top.
