REVIEW: Solid Stone pres. Diversion - Disturbed / Redemption out on Saturate Audio

1 - Disturbed (Original Mix)
2 - Redemption (Original Mix)

Saturate Audio's 33nd release comes from Montreal's favorite, Solid Stone. With his debut alias "Diversion", Solid Stone proves why he's considered as the most versatile and hottest producer at the moment.

"Disturbed" is the A-side. Atmospheric, moody, with deep house influences. Not to be missed! On the B-side, "Redemption".A deep, progressive piece of awesomeness.

Definitely, the "Diversion" alias by Solid Stone, is here to stay!

Cat.Number: STR033

Dimitri Kechagias review: The trance label Saturate Audio headed by dj Styller & Basil O' Glue presents the brand new Solid Stone side project Diversion. The two tracks included on the top EP are Disturbed & Redemption. The first thing that you will notice about this tracks is that are quite slow comparing them with the usual Solid Stone tracks. Ranging from 123-124 BPM both tracks introduces  the deeper side of Solid Stone. Disturbed is a dreamy melodic sweet and really floating deep trancer with house grooves, deep haunting basslines, colourful mesmerising melodies and chopped vocal samples. It starts really playful and balearic but in the breakdown becomes more dark and sinister while in the climax follows the more Ibiza sunset style of trance that warm up the clubbers and create the perfect atmosphere for the dj to build his set. Redemption is the magnificent 2nd track that moves towards the more dark and Gothic sound with throbbing fat basslines, techy drums and top percussion that adds that tribal ethnic feel to it! Spacious, sparkling and cinematic is the kind of trance that opens your mind to thousands of possibilities and let your imagination dive to the unknown deep waters of the unconscious! Love iT
