Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the hottest deep house anthems so far is the fantastic collaboration between Groove Armada & Brodanse with the really versatile singer Cari Golden on vocal duties for the anthemic Sweat. Now the globally respected Armada Music opens the magic hat and reveals 6 additional remixes from very talented artists that recreate the track in their own personal unique approach that of course remains within the realms of deep house. First of all S Jay Remix is a heavy deep bass driven version with UK garage house influences and excellent groove to start wiggle your hips along with it as you will feel the music taking over your control and any resistance is pretty impossible. It sounds analogue, warm, underground and retro but with futuristic touches. Tony Waller Remix is the superb old school house version with fantastic latin tribal percussion, deep funky basslines, creative application of the vocals, cool little synthy riffs and overall very engaging composition with Chicago House touches that will bring back memories of long house sessions. Third remix is by Trade Marc & Cruz who present their more minimal, back to basics version that plays and twists around the mesmerising vocals while the bassline is doing nasty things and vibrates energy and style all over the place. 4th top remix comes from Darkovski who service the lounge house version that is relaxing, dreamy but eclectic to the bone. Great atmosphere, cinematic strings, chunky stylish beats and moody deep basslines with stretched down vocals that stay at the background. Hypnotic balearic house sounds perfect for sunny beach bar days. Fifth remix comes from Bugsy who delivers the brilliant 8 minutes epic version that starts with ambient intro and continues in true laid back calming and soothing style with dub influences and focus on the sounddesign of the hypnotic liquid like soundscapes. Really freestyle version that brings to my mind the top Orbital tracks from the past. Last remix comes from Not Mani who keeps things deep, tech, dark and edgy with percussive melodies, playful atmosphere and absolutely irresistable groove. #PureGold Love it
