Dimitri Kechagias review: M Recordings is the newly established but already successful record label that specialises to find the finest in the deep house scene and deliver them for your deep house late night excursions. Simone Scaramuzzi from Italy presents the magical journey to the wild wild west with his future deep house anthem Django. From the title of the track you can understand easily that we deal here with a magnificent deep house beauty with very original chunky groove and very exotic hypnotic rhythm as well. The main element that adds that "Django" feeling is the superb Western films style guitar riff. To note of course that many of those films were produced in Italy and many soundtracks from those films are considered as classics. Django applies on its blue velvet foundation the intriguing guitar riffs but in a distorted echoed way that makes the result really surprising and unpredictable as well. Its moves and grooves on in a such a beautiful direction that will be impossible to resist the magic spell that casts on you from the very first kick to the very last beat. We must note the very cool male vocal line that is sampled and adds identity and unique flavour to the track. Simply produced with basic elements but so infectious. Its another stand out moment for M Recordings! Love iT
