REVIEW: Driftmoon & Andy Blueman feat. Dsharp - Leviticus out on ASOT / Armada Music

1. Leviticus (Original Mix)

It’s the long-awaited successor to the instrumental jewel of ‘Exodus’. The next big collab of duo Driftmoon, Slovenia wunderkind Andy Blueman and violinist/producer D-Sharp. ‘Leviticus’ is the next big thing in trance, and you’re about to hear it.

Originality is the watchword of this remarkable team-up. ‘Leviticus’ has the perfect build-up, screams emotion on the heavy-loaded violin break and leaves you in a state of awe. These guys show that trance is very much alive and kicking, and if you haven’t heard it on the dance floor yet, you will soon.

Dimitri Kechagias review:  ASOT recordings is back with another trance classic in the making that causes serious waves of interest in the scene with heavy support from Armin van Buuren in his globally known radio show ASOT. It is destined to reach the highest positions at the beatport trance chart even the number 1. Driftmoon & Andy Blueman collaborate for the awesome epic trancer Leviticus  featuring Dsharp. It combines techy drum patterns, driving energetic basslines and classical orchestral music themes that add to the track this grand epic atmosphere like being part in a Hollywood blockbuster movie. The breakdown is the moment that the hair raising violin melody is unleashed along with the classical music strings and the opera like female vocals that elevate the track to a higher level straight away. If the soundsystem that plays this awesome beauty is crystal clear you will be able to hear every single soundlayer that the talented producers applied in order to compose that rich and full of body of  varied sounds track. Of course the track has that distinctive Eastern Europe flavor that proves the durability of the cultural heritage of those countries that despite the attack of western enterprises retain their originality and authenticity. I feel that this is actually a good lesson for all the producers out there  that are coming from countries with strong music cultural background. They should try to include in their productions, with pride of who they are and where they are coming from, the distinctive melodies and rhythm originating from their countries. Particularly trance seems to be the most openminded style that can incorporate influences from other music styles in the most accommodating way. Leviticus is an exceptional piece of music art! In the museum of trance the master of this track will be held in the most lucrative space. #PureGold Love it
