The first release from GO On Air comes from the seasoned production hand of Sied van Riel. With numerous club smashes under his belt, ‘8 Decades’ - a deeply personal track for the Dutchman - sees him return to his production sound and roots. In a recent interview Van Riel expanded on the signing the track to GO On Air Recordings. “I played Giuseppe the instrumental of ‘8 Decades’ with a view to it being used on (his and Solarstone’s) ‘Pure Trance 2’ compilation and he loved it. Shortly after that he told me about his plans to start Go On Air Recordings and asked me if the track could be the first release on his label. Obviously I said ‘yes’ - its a big honour for me!” From its original instrumental base track, Sied worked with rising Romanian singing star Adina Butar, who’s delivered an astonishing, ethereal vocal atmosphere to ‘8 Decades’. With immediate DJ support from Armin van Buuren on A State Of Trance 647 and electronic music bible MIXMAG scoring the track a whopping 9/10 in their Feb issue (saying it “equalizes melody with uplift, without ever losing its cool”), GO On Air Recordings has come off the blocks fast. Next to the Original Mix, Matt Davey (named by Armin van Buuren as one of his favourite producers of 2012) delivers the perfect remix to top off the first GO On Air!

He establishes his brand new label Go On Air recordings under the guidance of Black Hole rec and the first release is the finest you can think to wish them all the best for the new label. The always smiling and optimistic Sied van Riel presents his melodic dreamy driving progressive trancer 8 Decades. On vocal duties is Adina Butar who is well known for her incredible abilities to add warmth and personality on any track that she releases of course. Its pure driving energetic progressive trancer on the Dutch trance tradition with big room elements as well. The involving groove, the feel good summery Ibiza style rhythm and the very strong emotional synths that crawl under your skin and activate your feelings will defititely touch your heart deeply and will arise your senses. The breakdown is superb with very strong earth shuttering epic synths that lead the track to the full on hands in the air climax. Upon the bouncy foundation, epic synths and even balearic guitar riffs elevate the atmosphere to something magical. There is dub version as well for the non vocal underground trance lovers. Matt Davey is on remix duties and the upcoming UK producer has all the talent to recreate the original in his own shape and size. His version has more power, more dynamism and targets the prime time moment of your dj set. Full on club euphoria that pushes your feelings to the highest highs. Matt takes extra care to polish all the edges on the breakdown and create an emotional turnmoil with balearic guitars and superb break beat sequence the teases the audience and increases the intensity. His climax is full on with rave style distorted synthy riff on top. There is dub version on this remix as well. I can not think of better start for Go On Air! #PureGold Love it
