10 years can pass in an instant, until you look back on the remarkable history of one of the most influential record labels in EDM. At this point in the game, so many of the industry’s rising stars and established names owe their success at least in part to Armada Music, and the legacy is unwavering.
The celebratory 3 set compilation released late 2013 featured so much talent that it’s hard to believe it could all fit into a decade. Despite including legendary pioneers such as Chicane, Gabriel and Dresden, Faithless, Way Out West, and Paul Oakenfold (to pick just a small few), the album was far from complete. So, Armada added in newer talents like W&W, NERVO, Audien, and Kat Krazy. And yet, the compilation still wasn’t finished…
And so, despite the original record featuring 69 groundbreaking tracks, the need for ’10 Years Armada – The Anniversary Remixes’ was born. In this third volume of the remix EP series, a new batch of shining talents find their place amongst the stars.

Bringing up the third remix is Kill the Buzz, yet another EDM talent to hail from Breda, The Netherlands. His big-room, anthemic synths saw immediate support from Hardwell’s radio show, and it’s not hard to understand why.
’10 Years Armada – The Anniversary Remixes Vol. 3’ is now available from Armada music, and is a reminder of not only the sterling past, but also the bright future of the label.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Armada Music is a labour of love for electronic dance music from 3 visionary and very influential figures in the music industry. The success and the worldwide recognition of the label is illustrated on the impressive sales but also on the sold out Armada Nights events. 10 years is just the beginning and more are coming for sure. The latest The Anniversary Remixes Vol.3 EP series bridges the well known tracks from the past with fresh artists who deliver their own imaginative take and they manage to deliver engaging versions that will be played again and again. First of all the unstoppable Kill The Buzz service the powerful big room / mainstage style version on Matisse & Sadko feat. Ollie James - We're Not Alone (Hi Scandinavia!) and adds another very hot successful remix in his rich CV already. Euphoric synths combined with banging bouncy beats and melodic sweet breakdown highlighted by Ollie James exceptional performance that you can not resist to sing a long or whisper while you are doing your gym exercises. The drop is thundering so better hold on tight and enjoy the ride. Hardstyle influences melted into progressive house to blow your mind. Audien is currently on high demand as a result of his anthem Leaving You featuring Michael S. On remix duties is the Norwegian viking of EDM Orjan Nilsen. The beloved producer surprise us once again and he reveals his softer side as he service a very melodic danceable balearic prog trance version that is blissful, packed with colourful melodies that highlight the unforgettable and touching performance by Michael S. Orjan was always and would be an open minded producer that doesn't like to be pigeonholed and he will always explore the unlimited possibilities of EDM. Third track on this top EP is the huge prog house classic by Stafford Brothers with Dabruck & Klein featuring the beloved Ollie James with Get Away. Remixer on this one is Joonas Hahmo Remix who delivers his very powerful and extremely dynamic big room prog house banger that consists of heavy drum beats, manic booming basslines and funky edges as well. Uplifting synths and emotional Ollie James vocals are present as well to calm the tension for a while until the manic drop to come in and create the mayhem we are all waiting for! Love iT
