The Destiny consists of youngsters Alexandr Pavlenko and Mikhail Movchan, who coincidentally met each other in a record store. Luckily for us these two talented trance fanatics decided to start producing music together, so we can enjoy this fresh and exciting teen-duo from Ukraine.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Songbird is the fantastic imprint of Black Hole recordings that continues on the In Search Of Sunrise compilation established sound that some term as balearic and others simply as progressive trance. The next mesmerising anthem with the heavy Songbird seal of approval on it is by The Destiny. Perpetuum Mobile is deep melodic emotional progressive trancer with chunky tribal housey groovy beats, deep basslines and quite distorted synthy lead that slowly comes to the surface along with romantic piano chords and the warming cinematic strings. The breakdown is really sweet, dreamy and blissful to relax your senses and let you rest for a while. The synthy lead though is back and ready to full attack in the final climax towards the final destination. The track has that hypnotic trance feel that we search on deep moody progressive burners like this one.
