With his last EP release ‘City Lights’ still riding high in the Lange Recordings catalogue, and since then racking up regular support from the likes of Armin van Buuren and many others, it has to be said that Damian Wasse is well and truly on fire right now. ‘Under The Sky’ is no exception to his sterling reputation of late, which delivers a slice of blissful euphoria during the breakdown, accompanied by the beautiful vocal performance from Irina. As the melody unfolds, this release quickly turns into one of the most epic, and uplifting main-stage tracks of this year.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the busiest Russian trance producers is Damian Wasse with great releases so far. His newest brainchild for Lange recording is called Under The Sky featuring the outstanding vocals by Irina Makosh who establish herself as an excellent voice for trance tracks. We deal here with an exceptional energising neo progressive trancer that combines successfully elements of progressive trance with electro and even progressive house in order to deliver an infectious and highly danceable track. Groovy chunky housey beats, electro infused playful basslines that on some moments become quite aggressive and in your face as well and of course in the breakdown the emotional melodies and the blissed out atmosphere is perfectly combined with Irina's fragile voice that for strange reason recalls the beloved 80's pop singer Kim Wilde. The climax is upfront and hands in the air with euphoric synths, bouncy beats and driving basslines to bring excitement to the maximum. Superb 1st release on the highly successful record label headed by the beloved dj Lange. Love IT
