REVIEW: Various Artists - Inkfish Promo Sampler Autumn 2013 out on Inkfish recordings

Here´s this autumns promo sampler with some of our current and forthcoming material on the label.

We have some solid deep house from parisian dj Meda, melodic techno from indian producer Quantum Shift and then some tracks from myself, ranging from deep techno to uplifting nu disco.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The beloved Inkfish recordings offer us a glimpse of forthcoming releases that you should check out without any hesitation. First of all is Meda with Until The End. This release includes the deep tech house original that is quite chilly with jazzy influences and retro sound with the well known pitched down vocal samples and very danceable rhythm. Perfect warm up material in my opinion. The real treat here is the Inkfish remix that applies the magnificent techy bubbly beats, the cool deep haunting basslines, old school organ melody and clever use of the piano samples. It makes you feel like dancing somewhere in the galaxy. So free, light and relaxed and carried away in its magical soundscapes despite gravity. World On Offer by Inkfish is a beautiful dreamy classy electronic chilled house track with bubbly basslines, feel good melodies and high class vocals. On Faint things kept deep glossy and high class with late 90's balearic house influences and soulful vocals perfectly  in tune with the current deep tech house resurrection in the mainstream. On A Lifetime With You the trusted Inkfish service an exceptional indie dance style track with disco style vocal samples, funky deep basslines and some hi-nrg synthy touches as well. Really futuristic but quite retro at the same time. On Act & Deact, the always impressive Inkfish deliver an old school dark, twisted and underground tech house banger with futuristic robotic vocals and minimal tribal techy beats. The art of hypnoses in house that's for sure. The techno heads will adore the deep textures of Quantum Shift and his melodic minimal techno sparkling track Neon C. Its the kind of track that your mind feel obliged to follow and walk through its unexplored labyrinth. Finally Inkfish offer us the cold mechanical distant and futuristic Alone In The Park. You will feel unsafe, insecure but totally mesmerised. Recommended underground jewels. Love it
