Scot Project needs no introduction. An illustrious back catalogue of huge releases he is considered one of the founders and true legends of the Hard Trance scene.

Of all his titles “U” was the seminal defining moment that made him a household name. Originally released in 1995 on German label Overdose and then later on Positiva (as well as featuring on countless compilations including the classic React records release - Reactivate 11) – “U” was an anthem of massive proportions within the 90’s trance movement.

His next release, ‘Y (How Deep Is Your Love)’ was picked up by Perfecto in 1998.

Perfecto Fluoro are now proud to present two hot new remixes of “U” from another long serving veteran of the scene – highly regarded producer Mark Sherry.

Energy levels are turned firmly up to eleven on this one.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Its great to see the magnificent trance pioneer Scot Project on Perfecto Fluoro with brand new remixes of his unstoppable banger U that is considered as one of those golden hardtrance classics that have special place in the heart of any hard trance lover. Mark Sherry is responsible to revamp them for 2013 and he did a such a fantastic job with it. He even comes up with two different versions to choose from and drop relentlessly in your set. First of all his Acidburst remix that you can easily guess from its title is a powerful acid packed dark uplifting trancer that is rough, punchy, hard, nasty, booming and banging perfect to blow the speakers. It starts really energetic and driving with acid touches and euphoric feel good synths on top as well. It drive us all the way to the more tech trance focused section that has great rhythm and is definitely perfect excuse for party. The breakdown is pretty melodramatic with epic synths, acid touches and build up of anticipation towards the massive full on headbanging bodyshaking hard dance/hard trance infused climax that is all about the bass and its wholesome powers. The Outburst remix moves on the same direction with less emphasis on acid and more melodic input. It has also less hard dance basslines and goes more on the dark hard trance/tech trance direction with relentless progression of the various elements that build the intensity levels to the maximum. Two must play and destroy remixes not to be missed with psy trance edges of course that fit perfectly the Perfecto Fluoro sound. Love IT
