The latest in a run of impressive Anjunadeep debuts comes from New York based Londoner Rashid Ajami, in the form of "Coming For You".
Showcasing Rashid's ear for deep, emotive melodies, "Coming For You" is a deft voyage through sweeping strings and strong percussion, topped off brilliantly by the soulful vocals of Rich Trent.
Jody Wisternoff beefs things up on his remix, which was a memorable moment in his "Anjunadeep 05" mix. Punchy breakbeat drums and trademark Wisternoff jungle-influenced soundscapes add a new dimension to Ajami's original. Jody maintains hints of the melancholic melodies, whilst rough and ready low-end add an old school ravey flavour.
