With Israel Bicher and Shaulli Harrari – better known as ‘Las Salinas’ – Tel Aviv got one of the hottest newcomers of Israel’s electronic music scene. Named after the bespoken beach found in Ibiza, the two talented Israelis are rising stars of the global Trance scene. Hitting Beatport’s Top 20 several times and frequently being featured by VANDIT label owner Paul van Dyk they are no longer an insiders’ tip.
Their former VANDIT release ‘Stone Pony’ has been played at dancefloors all around the globe and took an inherent part in sets of DJ’s such as Paul van Dyk, Above & Beyond, Ferry Corsten and Armin van Buuren. The audience of Above & Beyond’s radio show ‘Trance Around The World’ also made the energetic track to the ‘Web Vote Winner’ and their favourite song of the show. This way Las Salinas made a particular mark on not only the Israeli electronic music scene.
Las Salinas’ reputation as masters of energetic trance basslines is approved by their brand new track ‘Bada Bing’ for one more time. The mysterious sound of powerful beats seems to be made for the world’s dancefloors. A delicate break filled with touching synths as well as the remarkable rhythm of groovy basslines are a winning combination to put ravers in ecstasis. Enjoy listening to ‘Bada Bing’!
Dimitri Kechagias review: The legendary record label VANDIT records is always ahead of its time and pushes the boundaries even further to educate the trance community to appreciate as wider trance substyles as possible. The Israeli duo Las Salinas land in big and emphatic way with their magnificent prog trance anthem Bada Ding. The track starts quite minimal with chunky groovy sexy beats, playful electro infused basslines and feel good melodies on top. The breakdown reveals the sweet euphoric synths that will recall VANDIT classic melodies from the past and are identified with VANDIT sound. Their climax is euphoric and splashed with sparkling, spacious big room synths to uplift the dancefloor and give them the sonic experience of their life time. One of the best Las Salinas tracks until now and not to be overlooked. The exceptional talent Daniel Garrick is on remix duties and he does his best to impress. His version is absolutely mouthwatering and jaw dropping. You will be excited through its whole duration. Banging booming basslines, pumping rocking beats and huge euphoric synthy stabs will carry you away for sure. The breakdown is pure trance pleasure with melancholic piano melody and huge euphoric synthy stabs that are very epic and optimistic. The build up will tease the crowd and give them the relief they are asking for when the beat strikes back for the ultimate pay off climax moment. I can imagine prog house and prog trance jocks playing this top alternative to the original. Highly recommended. Love IT
