There's not many traditional DJ's left in this industry in this new producer led scene, but when you get two of the best DJs in the world in the studio together you can expect some serious damage.
A DJ's ear can tell what works on the dance floor, four ears has created 'Dark on fire' and massive 303 led monster. Already supported on BBC Radio 1 along with Simon Patterson smashing it in every single set.
We've added more in the form of some high quality remixes in various flavours to create on very serious release.
Next to follow will be part 2 of the remixes!
Dimitri Kechagias review: The most influential psytrance record label Joof out of Brighton in UK continues to deliver the goods. The latest one comes from John 00 Fleming & Christopher Lawrence and is called Dark on Fire. The package includes 4 must have versions. The original mix is faithful to the psy trance sound of both producers. Energetic, driving, tripping with acid lines in the breakdown that push the track towards its hands in the air climax. Classic psy trance at its very best. Insert Names moves within the psychedelic prog house arena and manage to build an excellent version that is danceable, groovy with tribal drums, middle east female voices and psy trance acid lines on the top. The combination of the two styles sounds strange but actually on this remix works in favour of the listener. Don Ruijgrok remix is melodic spacey techno at its best with awesome middle east influenced melodies, great ethnic voices and dark moody beats and haunting basslines. Lastly Jeremy Rowlett is on board to add his melodic progressive trance direction by keeping the psy trance vibes of the original. 4 must have versions. Love IT
