The record label boss and cross-genre wizard, Nicky Romero, is hosting a very special Protocol Recordings label night on October 16th at the Melkweg. With a line up featuring Nicky Romero, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, John Dahlback, Don Diablo, Martin Garrix, Vicetone, and mystery special guests in the Protocol Recordings room, "The Max," as well as Vicetone again, Cash Cash, TV Noise, Nilson, Vince Moogin, and John Christian in the Protocol Radio room, "Oude Zaal," it is set to be a remarkable event that will demonstrate Protocol's distinctive style and influential tastemaker appeal. Fans should be prepared to experience the label's musical innovation at its finest.
2013 has already been a very interesting year for Nicky Romero as he has produced a UK #1, "I Could Be The One" with Avicii. Not only has his production been on point, but he has also had stand-out performances at huge festivals such as Ultra Music Festival, Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, Tomorrowland, and more.
Located at Melkweg, one of Amsterdam's most premier venues, the DJs will perform with the backdrop of a mind-bending light show as music will be blasted into the crowd from the venue's state-of-the-art sound system. This year, there will be "Protocol Recordings" area, as well as a "Protocol Radio" area, so fans can explore and enjoy a multi-faceted concert experience.
