Dimitri Kechagias review: The German trance duo Store N Forward have exploded in the trance scene with fantastic originals and many top remixes for many well known artists. Now Store N Forward strike back on Enhanced recordings with their weird named single Schnitzel. The name they choose for their tracks are always different and really unique. Schnitzel is the name of the nice boneless meat, thinned with a hammer (meat tenderizer), coated with flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs, and then fried and I guess whenever you hear it will make you hungry for uplifting powerful synths, driving energetic basslines and pumping beats to the maximum. One of their best tracks today Schnitzel stands out for its very euphoric hands in the air melodies, the clever twisted electrified basslines and the so good breakdown that even includes a short snappy but very tasty dubstep like sequence. The climax is peak time euphoria so expect to keep those hands in the air for long and loose the needed calories to taste your favourite chicken or turkey Schnitzel. Yummy Yummy, Love iT
