Following their collab on Enhanced Recordings with Juventa in 2012, Answer42 make their debut on Colorize with their latest Progressive House release, complete with not one, but two remixes.
‘Tumbleweed’ is a fantastic Deep House release, driven by pure groove and melody. It’s no doubt very different to Answer42’s previous productions, as the duo take on influences from Jazz, Electro, Progressive, Trance & House, making for a worthy studio experiment, and showcasing their versatile ability.
To complete the release package, ‘Tumbleweed’ see’s remixes from Colorize favourites Roddy Reynaert & Solid Stone. Whilst Reynaert takes a harder approach using pounding kicks and rigorous bass, Solid Stone builds a deep, well-rounded groove and homes in on a Progressive Trance twist – making for two very different versions of the already epic original.

Dimitri Kechagias review: The fantastic record label Colorize part of Enhanced Music take us on board for another magnificent feel good melodic deep prog house/ deep prog trance release. Answer42 present the top production Tumbleweed including 3 incredible versions to play and win your dancefloor battle. The original mix is a deep prog house beauty with danceable grooves, jazzy infusions and sweet synthy melodies merged perfectly with funky grooves. It has that airy fairy atmosphere that the lazy summer demands so you can expect happy smiling people dancing and enjoying eargasms. Roddy Reynaert is so good and on this remix he does something magical as he injects more punch and deliver the upfront prog house melodic alternative for peak time performances. The synthy melodies, the chopped vocal samples and hi-nrg basslines that recall Giorgio Moroder will definitely get everybody dancing and feeling the sunshine in their skin. Solid Stone well known for his tougher prog trancers for this remix goes on the deep sexy prog trance sound that is very relaxing but still driving and danceable. Memorable remixes and right at the top original version. Recommended. Love IT
