Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the most amazing transformations in the EDM scene is Showtek from Eindhoven who took the decision to change music terrain and from the hardcore/harddance to move to the epic prog house/electro house scene with considerable success. Showtek are booked to play at house and EDM music stages and perform to the most well known summer festivals including Tomorrowland in Belgium at Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Chuckie stage Smash the house vs Dirty Dutch. Their biggest EDM hit at the moment is called Slow Down and it lands on the top German house label Tiger records. Slow Down in contrast with its title is an energetic, powerful, dynamic to the maximum and highly contagious production. When you hear it the only thing that doesn't come even for moment in your mind is to Slow Down for some seconds. You rather feel the rush all over your body and adrenaline flowing thanks to its clever quirky and fresh composition. Bouncy pumping beats, rough and raw hard dance style distorted basslines with very cool melodic breakdown that stands out because of the euphoric synths to blow your mind. Showtek are perfect to show you how to party non stop with its impressive climax that is straight to the point with the main synthy riff taken from very well known rave classic hit from the past.
