Belgian producer Peter Hulsman's gets his debut on Solaris here with 'Pulse', a melodic progressive trance workout. From the kick off we get a solid kick and layers of glittering sequencer lines with an eastern tinge to them, topped off with warm piano and pad elements. The star of the show is Arizona's Forerunners aka Brenden LaBonte, no stranger to Solaris fans. Brenden always delivers, and here we get two slants of his vision for 'Pulse' The 'White' mix is the more uplifting of the two, with sharp techie sounds and baseline before the full majesty of the melody is unveiled post-drop, with piano sprinkles providing the goosebumps. In his 'Black' mix he takes things a little darker with a more heads-down extended version, a pulsing arpeggio creeps up at the break enveloped in a wash of orgasmic pads. Beautiful.

Peter Hulsmans with great releases on Recoverwold Labels presents his first Solaris outing with the sweet progressive trancer Pulse that includes two different remixes from the high quality trance producer Forerunners. The original mix is a dreamy hypnotic trance affair with psy trance influences. It includes various colourful melodic layers upon the chunky groove and the energetic driving basslines. The breakdown is luscious with blissful little melodies that hypnotise you for sure. When the beat kicks back you can expect a marvellous hands in the air climax. The Forerunners remixes will definitely make the difference. The white version is the more upfront with cinematic atmosphere and travelling feel that sounds like driving with your car in a sunny summer day in your favourite Mediterranean Island. Black mix goes through a more experimental way with darker undertones and laid back feel. It sounds more melancholic but certainly with that pure trance sound that drives crazy thousands of clubbers worldwide. Solaris remains one of the most influential and advance thinking trance labels.
