REVIEW: Jaytech feat. Nathan Grainger - Labour of Love incl remixes out on Anjunabeats

The third single to be taken from 2012's "Multiverse" album, "Labour Of Love" is yet another move to the mainstage for James 'Jimbo' Cayzer, aka Jaytech. Featuring vocals from Australian singer Nathan Grainger, the full release sees a clubbier take from Jimbo in addition to the original extended mix and reworks from Matt Fax and Suspect 44.

Rearing its head with a darker, bass driven groove, Jaytech's Club Mix blends an electro-influenced groove with punchy kicks and a killer drop.

One of the most played artists on Above & Beyond's Group Therapy radio show, 16 year-old sensation Matt Fax makes his long-waited debut on Anjunabeats with a mature, synth-heavy rework that mixes influences from both electro and progressive.

Keeping the catchy piano riff at it's heart, Suspect 44 offer a contemporary prog remake, with clean peak-time stabs and clever sampling of Nathan's vocals.

Completing the package is the extended original mix - a more progressive take with echoes of Jimbo's Anjunadeep past.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the finest albums of the year continue to deliver superb singles like the magnificent Labour of Love. The beloved artist Jaytech with the distinctive and highly prolific sound returns with a massive sing a long anthem that will be played a lot in the summer festivals and clubs in famous holiday resorts.  Nathan Grainer is on vocal duties and he performs the catchy lyrics in a very admirable and attractive way. I can imagine many girls start imagining how he looks like and if he is free or in a relationship. The single package as always with Anjunabeats is the finest you can imagine so just check it and be sure to have them all. Club mix is a powerful melodic progressive trancer with the magic and sparkle of the older Anjunabeats tracks. Melodies to travel along with, greedy basslines, energetic pumping beats and nice euphoric synths to uplift the audience. Pure Jaytech sound to please the older and satisfy the new fans too. Matt Fax remix is a blissful progressive house meets trance version that make use of the full vocal with a very modern uplifting sound that is mesmerising and dynamic at the same time with huge euphoric synths in the climax to push the crowd to the max. Suspect 44 is another really modern and fresh rendition that will please with the warm piano chords and the really summery feel good atmosphere. The euphoric synthy stabs are played and twisted around adding a very refreshing makeover on the festival EDM sound. Lastly the extended mix is included as well and will become easily your favourite vocal trancer of the month with its sweet and hypnotic atmosphere with stand out melodies and the full vocal pleasure. Jaytech always delivers the goods and he does it once again in an emphatic way. Love IT!
