1. Original Mix
Right on the heels of his previous release "California 14", Canadian producer Dezza introduces his latest track "Vice 19".
Dezza, real name Derek Silvester, hails from Halifax, Canada and is one of those producers whose music you can continually catch in the playlists of top ranking heavy hitters such as Sander van Doorn, Tiësto, Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Markus Schulz, Above and Beyond, and many others. Dezza's first four singles like "Hefty", "I Wonder", "Allure" and "Seven71" quickly made it into the Top 20 Trance chart on Beatport. After being a guest DJ alongside Sander Van Doorn on Identity 107 and Tiesto’s Club Life 153, Dezza has become a fresh and exciting new name in the ears of EDM lovers. He recently remixed the Bart Claessen smash "Hartseer" and after his debut for the Black Hole Recordings imprint, "California 14", the producer didn't waste time and delivered "Vice 19".
"Vice 19" combines a wide variety of styles in one earthmoving track. Hints of tech and trance blend seamlessly with electro house and a mini splash of dubstep, resulting into a cathedral sized EDM banger. Deep sub-bass leads the synth lines and opens up the track like a true festival hit single. Roughing things up with a chiseling break, "Vice 19" is one of those unique, powerfully driving outdoor smashes that will soon make its way to the track list of the world's leading DJs.
Dimitri Kechagias review: California 14 was one of the most unique and really different tracks that win your attention because of its really nice road movie atmosphere. Now the brand new track from Dezza knocking our heaven's door and demand space in our digital collection. Dezza did his magic indeed once again and he goes for a straight forward uplifting progressive house smasher with AVICII touch to it. Energetic and powerful as we want it to be with very strong synthy melody in the breakdown that leads nicely the track to its hands in the air eargasmic climax. When the market is flooded with similar tracks its refreshing to hear Dezza attempting to go one step further and be very effective with sure impact on the dancefloor. With dubstep traces and modern programming to keep it interesting and effective will find many supporters for sure on the prog house and trance camp alike. Love iT!
