Dimitri Kechagias review: Tiger records loves collaborations between its artists and its time for another collaboration between the hot and steamy Plastik Funk and the legend Kurd Maverick. Together they combine their forces in order to re-create in modern club environment the seminal 80's classic Blue Monday by the very influential electro pop group New Order. The lyrics are so well known that you start sing a long to them straight away and memories from the past are coming to your mind particularly if you were in your teenage years when Blue Monday was out originally. The package includes 3 must have versions that clubfloors and summer open air festivals playlists can not afford to be without them. The original is super strong electro house banger with tough solid beats, rough rocking beats and of course long breakdown with huge chunk of the well known lyrics and unforgettable melody. The climax is very energetic and pumping with more of the top lyrics from the original to put a wide smile in your face. The Club mix as you can easily guess is tougher upfront big room house with electro kissed basslines, pumping beats and some old school influences as well. In this version the vocal remains only in the breakdown for those who want a smaller proportion of it. Last but not least Dj Mirko version is brilliant as it keeps the vibe of Blue Monday all the way to his remix with summery sun shinning atmosphere.
