REVIEW: Tomas Heredia - When I'm With You & Alchemist out on Aropa / Armada Music

1.When I'm With You (Original Mix)
2.Alchemist (Original Mix)

A world-famous writer once said: “When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” In Tomas Heredia’s case, the universe is certainly lending a hand. His talents are on the rise, his sounds spreading fast. For good reason, his new ‘Alchemist’ E.P. on the Aropa label will tell you.

With his roots in Buenos Aires, it’s no wonder that the Argentinean temperament resounds in his tunes. On his journey to the top, he brought us ‘Lost’, ‘Hurricane’ and Chris Schweizer collab ‘Darksiders’. With Dash Berlin heavily supporting his work, it’s no wonder that only shortly after his producer debut, he’s on for his Aropa debut.  ‘Alchemist’  has the heart of a ballad and the guitar of a perfect summer’s night,  but the power of a peak-time trancer. Don’t forget its heartrending B-side though. ‘When I’m With You’ has that warm, melodic feel that simply grabs you.

These could very well be the big summer anthems that you’re looking for.

Dimitri Kechagias review: Its great to see Aropa label reaching its 30th release with the incredible Argentinean producer Tomas Heredia that seems to be one of the most upcoming and ready to get big worldwide. I will never forget the incredible performance in his ASOT 600 event that he manage to make the packed arena go crazy and start dancing and pumping along including many of his own productions. His EP on Aropa will satisfy both the more straight forward melodic trance fans and those who like some techy spice on it. When I'm With You is an epic colourful optimistic progressive trancer at its highest quality. Excellent drum programming, basslines to die for and move even mountains, blissful melodies, romantic piano melody to touch the female listeners, warm and reassuring strings and of course the classical music influenced melody in the breakdown that is following the type of melodies that Dash Berlin likes in his tracks as well. The hi-nrg synthy riff will cause mass destruction so better save some memory space in your mobile phone to record the crowd go wild and uncontrollable something that will be re-enforced even more when the beat strikes back for the final battle. Absolutely mindblowing I can assure you.  Alchemist is an incredibly produced big room trancer with techy edges, very nice guitar riffs here and there and of course the moment we all wait for comes to the breakdown with the release of another characteristic Thomas Heredia euphoric synthy lead to take us by the hand and raise us to the sky, galaxies and beyond. Two equally well crafted tracks that will keep us good company during the summer Aropa style of course. Love IT!
