Henrik B is an experienced Swedish producer with an immaculate feel for melodies and production quality. Upon making the switch from producing techno to house music in 2006 he immediately secured a No.1 with Eric Prydz's Pryda imprint, going on to release singles worldwide with Musical Freedom & Joia/Nero amongst others. In 2012 Henrik teamed up with Australian vocalist Rudy and gave birth to 'Leave A Light On'. The track, picked up by Axwell, wasn't Henrik's first appearance on Axtone. His Remode alongside Axwell of 'Teenage Crime' was and continues to be one of the biggest releases on the label and is sure to endure for many years to come. Big tracks such as "Acid Rocker" (David Tort's Mansion Recordings) and "Now And Forever" (Tiesto's Musical Freedom) helped raise even more awareness for the experienced swede. In a DJ-Mag article Tiesto named "Now And Forever" his favorite track of 2012.
Avicii's imprint 'LE7ELS' will now be releasing one of Henrik's strongest productions so far. Alongside talented Niklas Gustavsson (remixer of Tim Berg's "Alcoholic") and Peter Johansson, the three swedes have created a melodic gem with a strong vocal hook. Samples of 'The Police - Voices Inside My Head' turns what used to be a funky disco track into a dance floor banger.
Dimitri Kechagias review: Avicii's imprint 'LE7ELS' is one of the most successful new labels in the progressive house scene and returns with the massive uplifting euphoric epic prog house smasher Echoes. The hot trio Henrik B, Niklas Gustavsson & Peter Johansson combined their creativity, ideas and influences to come up with an anthem for the festivals. Echoes is a huge club banger with thumping pumping beats, rough and raw in your face basslines and most importantly feel good euphoric synths to give you goosebumps and uplift your spirit straight to the top. The idea to use samples of 'The Police - Voices Inside My Head' is just magnificent as inside this new prog house context the vocal sound fresh and appropriate as ever. I can imagine Avicii dropping this mega smasher in his summer festivals and the crowd going ballistic, jumping and singing a long. Packed with glorious effects, naughty tricks, and few surprises the trio from Sweden did their magic again and clubs, festivals and radio stations found their new summer sing a long anthem....Voiceeessss, Echoess, Pure JOY! Love iT!
